VIP Membership Cancellation Policy

We understand that flexibility is important, and we aim to make our membership programs as convenient as possible

    1.    Minimum Commitment:

•    A minimum of 3 months is required to experience the full benefits of the membership.

2.    Cancellation After 3 Months:

•    Clients can cancel their membership at any time after the initial 3 months with 14 days’ written notice (via email or in person).

•    Any unused neurotoxin units will expire 30 days after cancellation.

3.    Early Cancellation:

•    If a client cancels before the 3-month commitment, a cancellation fee of $100 will apply.

4.    Pausing Membership:

•    Clients may pause their membership for up to 2 months per year without penalty. This allows them to retain any accrued benefits without losing value.

5.    No Hidden Fees:

•    We want the process to be transparent and fair. There are no additional fees to cancel beyond what is outlined here.

 

This policy provides a balance of flexibility for clients while ensuring the program remains sustainable for your practice. It also offers solutions like pausing the membership, which can help retain clients who might otherwise cancel.
